CPCCWHS1001 – prepare to work safely in the construction industry. Construction Training Group’s (CTG) Work safely in the construction industry course in Melbourne will provide you with the essential knowledge and skills to work in a range of construction sites. On completion of the course you will be issued with a Certificate, this certificate is valid for a period of 60 days. Within the 60 days WorkSafe will issue you a card and you will receive this “white card” via mail.
There are no formal prerequisites, but you must have basic English skills including an ability to read and comprehend simple texts, write a range of short texts related to the construction industry, and use and respond to language related to the construction industry.

The white and red card training workshops in Melbourne are conducted over 8 hours – 8.00 am – 3pm.
Each workshop is facilitated by a member of our highly experienced training team, and includes trainer presentations, small group work, open group discussions and in class activities – so your participation will be required! Assessment activities include a hazard identification task, written assignment, and multiple choice questions.
