This workshop provides gap training for those with experience in the civil construction industry, who do not hold NOHSC:7019 certification in the operation of plant including Excavator (LE), Backhoe (LB) or Front-end Loader (LL) only. On successful completion of the workshop, participants will be issued a certificate of attendance for excavator, backhoe and front-end loader and will be eligible to attend the ‘No Go Zone’ Spotters Course.

Prerequisites:
There are no prerequisites, however participants must be able to converse and comprehend basic English.


About the Workshop:
Following registration you will receive a plant knowledge study guide which we ask you to work through prior to attending the workshop. The guide has been approved by EnergySafe Victoria and contains approximately 100 questions and answers on plant and equipment. Then attend a 4 hour workshop facilitated by a member of our highly experienced training team and satisfactorily complete assessment requirements.


Pathways:
After achieving Plant Knowledge, graduates may undertake the 21195VIC Course in Spotting for Service Assets.

Course Delivery:

  • This course is run at our Rowville training facility on a monthly basis. The course runs from 8am-12pm and is a half day course.
  • This course can also be run off-site, on request of the customer. Minimum numbers do apply. Please contact one of our friendly staff should this be of interest.

  • The cost of this course is $135.00 per person
