RIIWHS202D – Enter and work in confined spaces (includes HLTAID001 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation [CPR])

A confined space may be an area of restricted entry and exit, may have an atmosphere which contains potentially harmful levels of a contaminant, unsafe levels of oxygen or may cause engulfment. This Confined Space Course in Melbourne is designed for persons working within or around limited spaces, or who engage in related outdoor recreational activities such as caving.

Additionally the course is designed for standby personnel and managers/supervisors of confined space activities.

Construction Training Group’s Confined Space workshop will provide you with the essential knowledge of equipment and procedures outlined in the OH&S Regulation and AS2865 ‘Safe working in a confined space’ and the operation and maintenance of associated safety equipment.

Industry recommends that a refresher be completed every 1-2 years or whenever your employer sees fit.
